Sunday Post #312

Sunday Post

The Sunday Post is a meme hosted by Kimba the Caffeinated Book Reviewer.

Happy September everyone! I hope the end of the month treated you well, and that you are enjoying your Labor Day weekend if you are celebrating. I had a super busy reading month, with a total of 36 books! I have my wrap up post going up tomorrow so you can check out everything I read if you are interested! I also finished up my NEWTs readathon, which is why I read 36 books, and managed to pass every subject with an Outstanding!

We spent part of today with my brother and his family, enjoying the warm weather and some BBQ. I, unfortunately, missed out on the Decatur Book Festival again this year, and Dragon Con…but we have made some plans to go to the Pride Festival in October, so at least I’ll have that. We also started up our D&D campaign again after several weeks of nothing (one player seems to have bailed on us), so we’re back to saving the world in our ridiculous way. I don’t know if I mentioned the fact that we finished out Dragon Age (Similar to Dungeons & Dragons) campaign after 2 and a half years, the ending was so satisfying and to have my characters come so far was really rewarding.

Wow 36 books! That’s pretty amazing!!!

I need to go to DragonCon someday. And yay for D&D! Glad your DA campaign ended well- good luck with the new one .

    • I honestly have no idea if I can even get close to that again this month, but I’ll give it a shot while I still have the desire too. I have a feeling that when I stop, I’m going to go in the world’s worst reading slump, lol!

And thank you! We’ll need the luck, we’re a mess.

  2. Wow, that’s a lot of books 🙂 I’ve never read so many in a month. Impressive. I was on vacation, so I was mostly away from the blogosphere, but I did get some reading done, which is great.
Hope you have a great week 🙂

  3. 2 and a half years on a game is commitment! Kudos.

Wow, you read 36 books, that’s amazing! I have Dragon Age and have only played a little of it so far. I hope you have a great holiday weekend.

  5. Wow, 36 books? I could get through my TBR shelf so fast if I could do that. Have a good week.

Thank you for stopping by! I hope you enjoyed it, leave a comment and tell me what you think.
