Sunday Post #282

Sunday Post

The Sunday Post is a meme hosted by Kimba the Caffeinated Book Reviewer.

Happy Sunday everyone! This week has been an interesting one, neither wholly good or wholly bad. In fact, some of the bad things that happened lead to a moment that was much needed and I feel better. I haven’t been reading very much lately due to a somewhat exhausted mental state (I’m still recovering from a pretty bad low period) so I’ve spent most of my free time achievement hunting on Xbox. We got the new Monster Hunter game so that’s been a huge time suck.

I took my mom out for lunch as a late birthday outing and had Red Robin for the second time. I got another new dice set…which puts me at 8 I think. I have a problem, seeing as I only technically need three sets.

    Red Robin- yum! lol

I read The Collapsing Empire not too long ago and liked it, it was my first time reading Scalzi.

  2. I feel you on the mental state. I’ve also been feeling the same, and it’s been very hard to blog as well. Here’s to hoping we can feel better soon! Winter is a tough time.

I just ordered the new Monster Hunter for the PS4. BUT… Amazon let me know it’s not in stock until the 2nd of February and now I’m sulking. Hope you have a great week and have fun gaming.

  5. Sorry I’m a week late on this one. I hope your mom had a wonderful birthday!

Thank you for stopping by! I hope you enjoyed it, leave a comment and tell me what you think.
