Tell Me Tuesday #45

Hosted by La La in the Library

  • The Two Towers by J.R.R Tolkien – Goodreads – I finished this up on Saturday! Now it’s on to uncharted territory with Return!
  • Mask of Shadows by Linsey Miller – Goodreads – I listened to this in one go while at work and enjoyed it! It’s a YA assassin novel and it has a gender fluid main character.
  • American Fire by Monica Hesse – Goodreads – Another book I finished while at work. This one is a nonfiction look at the 2012/2013 string of arsons in a rural Virginia town.

Current Reads

  • The Return of the King by J.R.R Tolkien – I’ve never read this so I’m excited to finally get around to it.
  • Pride and Prejudice by Jane Austen – I’m a little over halfway done with this one and I’m enjoying it, though I really wish it were kind of over. I know the entire story already, so it’s making it difficult to find the motivation to actually read it.

Ooh Return of the King- I sometimes think that’s my favorite of the books (I change my mind a lot). I love how it ends, and the appendices are fun for some of the after- story details they give. Hope you love it!

  2. When you read the LotR books now do you see the movie characters in your head? When I read the Harry Potter books now I see the movie characters. Thanks for TMTing I tweeted and Facebooked you earlier. I’ll get you G+’d now. 😀

Thank you for stopping by! I hope you enjoyed it, leave a comment and tell me what you think.
