The Sunday Post is a meme hosted by Kimba the Caffeinated Book Reviewer. ~ Inspired by the meme In My Mailbox.~ It’s a chance to share News. A post to recap the past week, showcase books and things we have received and share news about what is coming up for the week on our blog.
This week has been really hard. My cat, Mistie, had a seizure on Tuesday and it was one of the single more terrifying things I’ve ever witnessed. She had a stroke several months ago and we were told her kidneys were starting to show signs of weakness, we changed her diet and she seemed to have improved until this past week. Unfortunately, Friday we had to make the decision to say goodbye. I’ve had her for sixteen years and the first pet that I truly picked for myself. She was a holy terror in her hey-day and a sassy cuddle bug in her later years. It’s going to take a while before I get used to not having her meet me at the door when I get in late.

Sorry to hear about your cat Michelle. That’s so hard. Sending positive vibes your way. Beautiful pic.
Thank you Greg.
Oh no, so sorry about your kitty! It is so difficult to lose our furry friends. What a beauty she was.
Thank you, she really was (and she knew it, lol)
I’m sorry about your kitty. I recently went through that with my cat as well. It’s hard to face them no longer being there. *hugs*
I’m so sorry. *hugs*
Oh, I’m so sorry to hear about Mistie – and it’s no consolation – but it sounds like you have some wonderful memories of her!
The memories have really helped Deborah, and thank you. ❤
