The Princess Diarist by Carrie Fisher – Goodreads
Another Carrie Fisher novel finished! I got this through eStories for review, so I could try out their site and give them an honest review over it. I loved the audio! Carrie narrated (of course) and her daughter Billie reads the actual diary entries. This focuses on her relationship with Leia over the years, as well as her affair with Harrison Ford. She doesn’t hold back and it was both laugh out loud funny and utterly heart wrenching at times. I do recommend the audio over the text version.
The Crown’s Dog by Elise Kova – Goodreads
This is equal parts fantasy and mystery, and turned out to be a fun ride! It was kind of short and there were some things I wish I had explained a bit better, but I liked it and I really want to see where this story is going.

Age of Myth by Michael J. Sullivan – Goodreads
I’ve had this way too long and somehow I still ended up waiting to read it three days before it was due back…I have time management issues when it comes to free time. I’m rush reading it as it has to go back (can you guess?) today, but I’m enjoying it a lot.
Up Next
Holding Up the Universe by Jennifer Niven – Goodreads
I meant to get to this earlier, but too many books not enough time. (Well…again time management issues.) I’m going to try and get this finished before the end of the week so I can get the review out.
Aww I want to read the Carrie Fisher book. We definitely could’ve used her voice now. But we still have her spirit.
I get my audio review books through Audiobook Boom and they did not have the Carrie Fisher book. Boo Hiss. I will have to see if the library has it. Speaking of libraries your new library looks fabulous. Everyone seems to have really liked Age Of Myth. I should add it to Goodreads. I am excited to read HUtU. I don’t think the ebook will go on sale for a good while, so I will have to nab it from the library. Thanks for TMTing! 🙂
I didn’t realize the audiobook was read by Carrie and her daughter. That is really cool.I would love to hear Carrie’s voice tell her own story.
