The Sunday Post is a meme hosted by Kimba the Caffeinated Book Reviewer. ~ Inspired by the meme In My Mailbox.~ It’s a chance to share News. A post to recap the past week, showcase books and things we have received and share news about what is coming up for the week on our blog.
I got so much sleep this week, and it was fantastic. The store is almost empty now, and this last week will be mostly moving boxes and a few shelves to donation points or storage buildings. So that’s almost finished!
Yesterday was the 24 Hour Readathon, and I once again shirked responsibilities to read all day. BUT I ended up feeling kind of sick most of the day and my head was somewhere between migraine and sinus pressure so I read super slow.

- Ruin and Rising by Leigh Bardugo

Glad to hear you’re getting the store straightened out. and lots of sleep is good- I’d sleep in late every day if I could get away w/ it. 🙂
That Serial Reader app sounds kinda cool, I’m not always good reading the classics and maybe in small doses lol would do it. I’ll have to check that out.
I am sorry you had headache issues during the read-a-thon, but you sure are a trooper. I always seem to have something going on during Dewey’s. Hopefully the one next spring will be on a clear calendar day. I am happy to hear that you are almost wrapped up with the store. I dropped back to a few of your posts I missed last week week. Have a wonderful week.
I got a ton of sleep this weekend and it feels so good! You can’t beat it for just de-stressing and making you feel human again. I’m glad the close up is nearly done as it must be sad. And I didn’t read a lot in the readathon either but I had fun.
I don’t usually fair to well with readathons, but I did manage to finish one book during the 24-hour period, which is quite remarkable for me.
Let’s hear it for sleep! I need a week like that. I have had Kindred to read for awhile. I should really give it a go. Here’s hoping that we both like it.
I caught up on sleep finally. Been staying up way too late reading during the week. I think I have that backwards. LOL Sounds like closing up is going along nicely. Enjoy those wonderful new reads:)
My Sunday Post
Man, i wanted to participate in the Dewey 24 hour readathon, but I was working yesterday, so I didn’t have the chance to. Hopefully I will try this readathon next time! Here’s my Sunday Post:

I have to admit I can’t imagine doing a read-a-thon. I can imagine binge-reading but think I’d rebel if I HAD to read!
Hag Seed…sounds good.
