Star Wars!!!!! We saw it opening night and it was a lot of fun! I’m still processing it, so I fully expect to become super critical of it at some point but as of right now it’s a fantastic film.

I’m glad you liked it, I had a more critical reaction unfortunately. But I wanted to like it! Argh mixed feelings. 🙂 It was fun to be there opening night… I’m glad I saw it right away as you can barely go on the Internet without being deluged with it. Glad it’s back.
I totally understand. I’m starting to pick out the missteps as well. I’m going to see it again on Wednesday. It’s a fun movie, but I want to watch this one as an avid Star Wars geek and see how it holds up.
I haven’t watched Starwars… ever… My daughter and I want to catch up during break, and then go watch this latest movie in a theater.
Have a wonderful holiday and happy reading.
I hope you enjoy them! This new one feels a bit different from both the original trilogy and the prequels, so even if you hate one of those this new one might be a different experience entirely. 🙂
I hope you have a lovely week as well!
I have to come back and look your last weeks posts. I am going to wait and see the new movie after the crowds die down a bit, maybe the week after Christmas. It is strange thinking about how much I have changed since the last Harry Potter movie. We went on opening day for the movies and celebrated with the crowds for book releases. None of my son’s friends are Star Wars fans so he is stuck going later with me. Ha ha. My sister and her three sons are going to try and go Christmas day I guess. I can’t even imagine how many people will be crammed in the theaters that day! Have a wonderful holiday. 🙂
Star Wars opening night! You’re braver than I am lol! We’re waiting a bit for the crowds to ease off, though it is tough to wait when there’s so much hype about it 🙂
