Sunday Post (181)

Sunday Post

The Sunday Post is a meme hosted by Kimba the Caffeinated Book Reviewer. ~ Inspired by the meme In My Mailbox.~ It’s a chance to share News. A post to recap the past week, showcase books and things we have received and share news about what is coming up for the week on our blog

Another week come and gone. We had a nice Thanksgiving dinner with my mom’s side of the family like we do every year, and it was surprisingly low-key and relaxing. Then Black Friday happened, and I ended up busier that day than on Small Business Saturday…This is the second SBS that has been almost a complete waste of effort.

I haven’t been doing much lately. I’m still in my gaming mode right now, but I did read a bit and really got back into it for the first time in a few months.

  1. I’m glad your Thanksgiving was nice and low-key. Those are the best holidays, I think.
I’m not going to read your review for Illuminae just yet, as I received that myself this week, and I want to read it without knowing much in advance 🙂
Have a wonderful week ahead and happy reading.

Glad you had a nice Thanksgiving. It went by quick. I’m in Netflix mode more than gaming mode, but same result- less reading. I need to get back to the books- sigh. 🙂

  3. I am glad you had a nice Thanksgiving. We did as well. Very simple and relaxing.
No new books for me this week either, but I can surely use the time to tackle some that are already on my shelf.

  4. Deborah says:

Off to check out your review of November 9 as I’ve been hearing good things about it lately.

    Glad you enjoyed Thanksgiving!

  5. Christy LoveOfBooks says:

Ah, low-key Thanksgivings are the best. Whenever I’m excited for a large Thanksgiving, I’m over it before it’s halfway over. lol

  6. I didn’t do a Sunday Post because I had the flu and it weirdly effected my right eye. Thank goodness it opened up today because I had a blitz post to put up this morning. It was basically the same here with the stores, everyone was busy Friday, even the small stores, and then Saturday was as bust. I hope you after having a great week. 🙂

Thank you for stopping by! I hope you enjoyed it, leave a comment and tell me what you think.
