The Sunday Post is a meme hosted by Kimba the Caffeinated Book Reviewer. ~ Inspired by the meme In My Mailbox.~It’s a chance to share News. A post to recap the past week, showcase books and things we have received and share news about what is coming up for the week on our blog.
I had a fairly good week at the store, thankfully the warmer weather seems to have brought some out of hibernation. I just hope it holds out and we don’t end up with a bunch of cold days.
I made the mistake of buying Dragon Age: Inquisition and I’ve been obsessively playing it while at home, so I’ve been doing all of my reading at the store.

Help Me Wreck This Journal!
So I drew the number from last week’s suggestions and it was page 13, so I combined it with page 14 and did a watercolor version of Starry Night. Starry Night is probably my favorite thing to re-create. I’ve drawn it in a super detailed picture and I’ve also painted it in acrylic. It’s so much fun to see how you’ll have to manipulate each medium to create the swirls and shades, and it’s always difficult.
Suggest a page number and I’ll share it next Sunday! (Pages done: 1, 2, 3, 13 & 14)
Oh man, I’ve heard so much about DA: Origins that I really want to play it, but I know if I start I’ll have the similar problem to you. It’s pretty much me and Animal Crossing at the moment, I’m so addicted to it!
Nice haul this week and I love the journal. Happy reading.
Thanks Sharon!
Starry night is such a beautiful painting, I love it too (page 13, please 😉 ) Enjoy the warmer weather and your books !
I miss games! My husband and I used to do a lot of gaming but have let that go lately. We need to get back into it though I really don’t need another hobby! Have a great week and enjoy your new reads!
Playing games is a great way to unwind and relax, I feel like I need it more now than I did when I was a kid. 🙂
It doesn’t sound like a mistake..reading at the store is advertising..LOL It is all about balance. Hope the weather stays nice and folks keep coming in
It’s definitely all about the balance. Though there are times when I pretty much put all my weight on one side, lol.
Gaming is a very time-consuming hobby! I wish there was a way to pause time while I game 😛 Great painting btw, do page 7 next! I hope you enjoy your books and games this week 🙂
Check out my StS and The Sunday Post here!
I wish I could too! But then again…it might be kind of dangerous to do that, I’d never pull myself away from it. 😛 Thanks for helping me pick a page!
Adapted for Film sounds interesting. Hope you enjoy and have a great week.
The teaser I read of it was really cute.
Ooh I like your starry night. Well done. My page number pick….24
