Sunday Post (99)

Sunday Post

The Sunday Post is a meme hosted by Kimba the Caffeinated Book Reviewer. ~ Inspired by the meme In My Mailbox.~

It’s a chance to share News. A post to recap the past week, showcase books and things we have received and share news about what is coming up for the week on our blog.

Another week come and gone, and I’m one step closer to despising winter. It is supposed to be Spring right? Did I miss the memo that we no long have four seasons? This week has been pretty sleepy and slow, not much reading or blog stuff was done but I plan to change that. I want to be more active again.

  2. Christy says:

You’re still getting snow? Yuck. Hope you enjoy your books. Cress was so good!

  3. Cress rocked and the Last Policeman looks good. Spring? I hope to spot it today!

    • I’ve already started The Last Policeman and so far it’s really good! I’m hoping spring shows itself soon, but Georgia springs are more like constant storms and tornado warnings. So I’d love to just skip right to Summer.

  4. That is AWESOME that your dad bought you Cress, that is amazing! I hope you enjoy the book, I absolutely LOVED it and can’t wait to hear what you think. The rest of your reads are new to me but I hope you enjoy them

Springtime is finally setting here : windows opened on sunshine yesterday, but where is the sun hiding today ? Cress looks good. Have a great week – springtime is coming 😉

  6. Last Policeman looks good, hope you enjoy!

  7. It needs to warm up! I was in Chicago this weekend and had to bundle up like it was February!

  8. Jessica says:

I think it’s finally spring in Kentucky. I don’t know where you are but I hope it arrives soon!

  9. I really thought it was spring, but with the snow we woke up to this morning, I am beginning to miss living in Florida now. No snow there. lol… Just heat. Nice haul!!! Enjoy them.

  10. Greg says:

Yeah March has just seemed like another month of winter around here, pretty aggravating. Wish I was going somewhere warm for spring break LOL. Nice Top Ten list this week.

The Last Policeman and Countdown City both sound good. What an interesting premise, an impending asteroid strike and how society responds. Will definetly be interested in your thoughts on those.

  11. I like the cover of Countdown City and the Last Policeman sounds good as well, hadn’t heard of this author before.
Luckily we do have spring weather here in SE England… sorry I know quite a few of you are still stuck in winter.
Have a great week and Happy Reading.
    My Sunday Post is here
