Take Control of Your TBR 2014

Take Control of Your TBR Pile 2014

Hosted by Kimba the Caffeinated Reader

I participated in this last year and even though I can’t remember if I did a good job , I know I need this right now. My TBR is kind of ridiculous at the moment because I’ve only been reading review books for quite some time now. As a plus there is going to be an Ides of March readathon!

Books I’m Choosing From:

I definitely won’t be able to get to all of these butΒ they are at the top of my TBR right now.

Progress:

Day 3: Finished Echoes in the Glass by Cheri Lasota

Day 8: Finished A Game of Thrones by George R.R, Martin

Good luck! I wanted to do this, but I chose COYER instead since I wanted to clear out the novellas I’m harboring. πŸ˜›

The only one I read on your list is Fates, which I hope turns out better for you!

Lots of amazing book on your list. Enjoy!

  5. Tempus looks good. I can’t wait to see what you think of fates. After we both read it, we will have to chat and compare thoughts πŸ™‚

Yea I put a lot of books on my plate because I read so few books in feb (which is why my blog has been all interviews and guest posts it feels like) because I was so busy with work that I was working pretty much double time 7 days a week. But now I have some vacation days saved up so this month is reading and relaxing time!

  6. Christy says:

Sheeit .. If Game of Thrones was on my list, that’d be the only book I’d get to read the whole month. lol

  7. Pabkins says:

Yellowcake was so…trippy. Such a strange collection. I enjoyed it tho. I think one of my fav short fiction collections from one author…cause i haven’t read many single author collections is Wonders of the Invisible World by Patricia McKillip

  8. You are BRAVE!!! You actually called out the books you want to read *I bow to you* I figured I’d just fly by the seat of my pants this month. I’m in the exact same boat as you in that I’ve been reading nothing but review books lately BUT I’m still behind on review books so I’m going to do 50/50 because some of my review books actually came out before March!

What do you think of GofThrones so far??? Wait until about 1/2 way!!! It gets so good you won’t even realize it and then you’re almost done and you’re like, “it’s over???” I loved that book when I read it years ago!!!

Good luck, although I know you’re gonna kick butt πŸ˜€

  9. This is an awesome assortment of books Michelle..good luck I just know you can do it!

  10. Pamela D says:

I’m doing this challenge too! Good luck! πŸ™‚

  11. Good luck. I haven’t read any of those but I’d like to read Independent Study some time soon. I enjoyed The Testing.

  12. I was thinking of joining this, but then I got lazy. Haha! I need to read Fates too.

Thank you for stopping by! I hope you enjoyed it, leave a comment and tell me what you think.
