Sunday Post (49)

Sunday Post

The Sunday Post is a meme hosted by Kimba the Caffeinated Book Reviewer. ~ Inspired by the meme In My Mailbox.~

It’s a chance to share News. A post to recap the past week, showcase books and things we have received and share news about what is coming up for the week on our blog.

This week has been super productive for me blog-wise. I finished up 5 books and managed to get a few more reviews scheduled. My iCloud calender looks insane right now but I’m happy to say I have nearly all the posts for April and part of May ready to go.  I’ve actually started Saturday Issue again and it now focuses on actual graphic novels, so after today most if not all of my graphic novel reviews will be on Saturdays.

This Week:

Monday: Harry Potter Read-Along Schedule

Tuesday: Dark Triumph by Robin LaFevers (Review)

Wednesday: Waiting on Wednesday #24

Thursday: Harry Potter Read-Along Week #1

Friday: Doctor Who: The Forgotten by Tony Lee (Graphic Novel Review)

Saturday: Saturday Issue (18) – Avatar: The Last Airbender: The Search, Part 1 (Graphic Novel Review)

Next Week:

Monday: Harry Potter Read-Along Week #2

Tuesday: Blue Hearts of Mars by Nicole Groetpas (Review)

Wednesday: Waiting on Wednesday #25

Thursday: Kindle Deals

Friday: Ten Tiny Breaths by K.A. Tucker (Review)

Saturday: Saturday Issue  (19) – Aquaman Volume 1: The Trench  (Graphic Novel Review)

Happening in the Blogosphere:

The Harry Potter ReadAlong is being hosted by Once Upon A Chapter! If you love the books or have never had the chance to read them, this is a great opportunity to dig in! It’s slow paced, about 6 chapters a week, and then we have some really cool discussion questions to answer. We’ll be going through all 7 books and it will last until the end of November.

On April 27th, the annual Dewey’s 24 hour Readathon is back! So make sure you go sign up and get those book piles ready!

Won:

Icons by Margaret Stohl

Little, Brown did a giveaway promotion through Shelf Awareness, and I found a copy in my mailbox this week! I’ve never seen this version of the cover before, it’s quite different.

Received for Review:

Avatar: The Last Airbender: The Search,Part 1

Borderlands: Origins

Received:

Signed Of Triton bookmarks from Anna Banks

You have April and May posts scheduled! Am gobsmacked! Thought I was great having 2 scheduled ;D
Interested in the Dewey Readathon, will go check it out.
Love the HP one and your answers, just don’t have time to take part. If you find Hermoines time turner, I’ll reconsider :). LOL

    • I’m use to rushing to read and post things, so this is super nice! I’m trying to make sure it stays this way.
I totally have a time turner! You can borrow it…though it doesn’t seem to be working at the moment, lol.

  3. Nice book haul! My Ex From Hell is really cute. Enjoy the books!

  4. I’m jealous of your productivity and scheduling. I feel like I’ve had blogger ADD these past few weeks. I have so many reviews to write and posts to make and schedule, it’s kind of ridiculous 🙂 I’ll get back on track here soon… Book Savvy Babe

Well, I’m glad one of us had a productive week! Oh what I’d give to be scheduled at least through the next two weeks. I know what I’m going to post, but haven’t actually done it. I miss the Avatar cartoon. Hope you enjoy your reading material. 🙂

  6. Sweet…. I can’t wait for Icons. Hope you enjoy them all. Thanks for stopping by.
