The Sunday Post is a meme hosted by Kimba the Caffeinated Book Reviewer. ~ Inspired by the meme In My Mailbox.~
It’s a chance to share News. A post to recap the past week, showcase books and things we have received and share news about what is coming up for the week on our blog.
This week I’ve been fighting the procrastination monster…and loosing terribly. We switched tv providers and we now have 3 months of free movie channels, and with those channel I’ve lost every single want to do anything other than watch tv. I rarely ever watch movies/tv and I don’t like marathoning them, so the fact that I’ve watched 38 movies in the past 9 days is a bit ridiculous. I really need to do better this next week or I’m going to fall behind again. On a side note I’ve been using Letterboxd to keep track and review all of them, it’s like Goodreads for movies.
This Week:
Tuesday: Midwinterblood by Marcus Sedwick
Friday: Liberty by Annie Laura Cechini
Next Week:
Tuesday: Dragon Age – Those Who Speak (Graphic Novel Review)
Wednesday: Waiting on Wednesday #19
Thursday: Kindle Deals
Friday: Valkyrie Rising by Ingrid Paulson (Review)
Received for Review:
Chantress by Amy Bulter Greenfield
Forty Days by Stephanie Parent
Received from Random Buzzers
Random Buzzers has an awesome program where they pick a few people and pair them with an upcoming release to help spread the word called Ambuzzadors. I was lucky enough to be picked a second time (I did Starters before) and so I’ll be spreading the word about Dualed!
I want to do more than just review the book on the blog and I know I’ll have a giveaway for the extra book; but I’m at a loss for what else I can do. Is there anything you would like to see?
Turn of the movies and step away from the tv. lol. I get like that too sometimes. I try to avoid Netflix as much as possible. Nice haul. I just finished Dualed.
I definitely need too! I think I need an intervention, lol. I’m hoping to start Dualed before the end of this week…I’m just moving a bit slow right now.
Oh no, free movie channels are the worst and the best! 😉
Those free movies get you all the time.
dru’s book musing: Sunday Post
Dualed looks amazing, this is a book I’ve had my eye on for a while. Slow down on the movie watching! Get reading lady!
I won a copy of Dualed awhile back…desperately awaiting for it’s arrival 😀

LOL! Step away from the TV. You can do it. I understand, though. I rarely watch movies or shows but go through sporadic spells. Nice haul. Been itching to read those books. Hope you enjoy them!

Ha..that is too funny 38 movies..wow. We DVR everything, and watch at least an hour a night. I much prefer to read..but hey you needed to catch up, this week you can get back to reading it! Have an great week! The Sunday Post
Yeah I usually never watch tv, because I get irritated by it. So this week has been really odd to say the least. The good thing is it seems the movie channels don’t switch up movies all that often so I’m nearly out of stuff to watch.
I’ve never heard of Letterboxd. I will have to check that out. I don’t have cable, I only use Netflix so that would be fun to do. Sweet haul. Dualed is one that I can’t wait to read. Happy reading.

It’s been in beta for a while but it just opened up to the public, I’ve been using it for a few months and so far it’s helped me out a lot.
Ooh Dualed looks interesting! Also, Letterboxd sounds fun, might have to check it out 🙂
Happy reading, and have a great week!
Free tv channels? I might not ever surface for air, lol.
When you get around to reading them, I hope you enjoy your books. 🙂
I’m having a hard time getting away from them. I managed it today…but then Walking Dead came back on so I was sucked in again. Tempted to just unplug the tv or something, lol.
Nice book haul! I’m looking do f
